I have denied this mapset because:
The mapset contains unrankable difficulties.
as much as i love this song, im sorry but i have deny this one.

txbi pretty mentioned everything i had in mind. most prominent "issue" is buffin the density at the end despite it being lower bpm and intensity in general so the justification behind that feels very muddy imo. not to mention pretty much every diff in the mapset goes against the ranking criteria specific section https://wiki.quavergame.com/docs/Ranking/Criteria#difficulty- Overall, i feel this mapset is really unpolished, mediocre, and just lackluster in patterning.

Song representation is extremely poorly executed amongst all difficulties.

Normal:
> 62718|2,62718|1 using these jumps at the start of a "buildup" is really harsh, especially in a lower diff. In your case, I would make these notes single notes

Generally, you should remove the jack patterns where they aren't called for by the song (e.g. 62900 anything after here really) and try to focus on putting more empathies on the intense parts of the song.
Overall this diff isn't too bad, there's just the massive pattern issue towards the end, you can also see this simply by looking at the QR rating at the side, it skyrockets towards the end

I'm mostly confused about your anchor usage here, sometimes it seems like it's intentional and on other spots it's quite random.
I would totally understand going for something like this (25248|1,25248|2,25414|1,25581|4,25581|1,25748|4,25914|4,25914|2,26081|2,26248|3,26248|2,26414|3,26581|1,26581|4) but that idea loses consistency basically right after. Maybe I'm missing something here, but it seems a bit too random to give any strict recommendations here

The main issue with the way you're representing these is; "IF CHORD HAS SOUND =^= CONVERT ALL RICE NOTES TO LN" which is bad. The sound you're representing doesn't have any different intensity to it.
It would be much more appropriate if you kept these as 1x LN at most, maybe 2x if the song calls for it.

And again, just simply buffing density towards the end is not the solution. The BPM just goes down, so it's totally fine to keep the patterns the same. Just artificially buffing them to keep the QR the same is not the best approach

Pretty much all mods mentioned above can or should be applied to the top diff as well. Mods would only be slightly varied so I wont cover them again
The mapset has incorrect metadata.
As netzoid mention: Language tag is needed as per new RC; you should add "English" as a tag

Background size is too small, you just upscaled a 640x360 background to be a 1280x720 background. It's extremely noticeable in quality
