The map is filled with a lot of inconsistencies, I feel like the emphasis is very inconsistent and I am not sure what type of map it is.
There's just doubles which I feel don't represent anything, like this section 66632
The map just fails to do a good job at being consistent.
I recommend just listening through the song and deciding how you want to emphasis the notes, for example:
if you want the kicks to be doubles, it's expected throughout the map.

This map still has a ton of incorrectly snapped notes, as well as plenty of instances of notes missing in the chart. I find that patterns tend to do a poor job of representing the music and poor hand balance pops up in a lot of section. [12] and [34] are HEAVILY OVERUSED and you should use different jumps instead of using the same two over and over again.

A lot of stuffs are still not good. Since you posted this in #playtesting in Quaver discord, I have given a very brief feedback there. But essentially - wrong snapped notes, some trills are out of place, SVs should be deleted as it was used only once and a lot of streams do not go well with the song. (Tip - try to make the flow aka left-right right-left movement go to something of the song -> whether that be guitar pitch, vocal phrasing, drums, etc).
I am sorry but I will have to deny this. This requires an overhaul to fix.
oh I'd say adding "Rock" to the tags alongside the singer name in japanese: "星街すいせい" would be nice.
