bpm isn't 128 in insane (make sure to recheck after applying the bpm change)
check modding discussion on diffs for unsnapped notes
notes unsnapped everywhere for difficult and below (except antec's hard)
hard -> difficult -> insane is kinda a vague diff naming scheme, i suggest hard -> light insane -> insane for clearer progression

BPM should be 128 flat, also move offset by +12/+13ms.
Move "Squrim EP" to tags as this is not official short version of the song (and I don't think there's one)
