i think the source field should be left empty or at least it should be "Vs. Kapi Mod! Fnf" instead since the album is listed as "Vs. Kapi Mod! Fnf" in a couple of music streaming platforms

Please apply an offset of -30ms on the map (The timing point should be at 0.020). Otherwise ready for rank
