i'm really sorry this keeps getting put on hold but i found 2 more issues, and these should definitely be the last issues. i'll check more closely in the future

i think this mapset has come very far in this lengthy process. there were a few minor issues i spotted but i promise this is the last from me. i'll be ready to vote after they're fixed

this is a little bit messy, sorry - some issues are still being taken care of so this should be on hold until issues are resolved

FYI maps that are converted from osu! to quaver directly have an offset of roughly 23ms (early) so you'll usually see values around this being applied if a map comes from osu!, but in definitive the goal is to match the waveform (or the music's audio if you cannot determine with the waveform) inside the quaver editor.

Apply offset +25 to your current value. (Turn pitch rates on in options if you haven't yet since that messes with the offset)
