I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

map offset feels generally late to me, except for maybe the very last bit
adjusting by -20 ms feels okay

These chart are inconsistent, fail to accurately follow the rhythm of the song, and the patterns are quite frankly just bad. This song sounds like an incoherent mess and quite frankly i dont think people would enjoy listening to it. For so many reasons this song is getting denied, and quite frankly i dont think you should try again with it.
