I was attempting to recreate the feeling of playing those slowjam maps in osu!, Edison and Weeble Wobble respectively, just with some minor fastjam so that you can't cheat with scroll speed

I didn't consider that the SV culture of a different game is different from what I'm used to ;-;
Anyways, SVs gone, I still have the original in osu! anyways, was fun to make those, took too much time tho

the sv doesn't really add anything to the map imo; it somewhat takes away from the overall playing experience
while i can appreciate the effort of doing something like this manually, SV like this hasn't been rankable for pretty much the last 2 years. it's like the same as making a map entirely in the .qua file; the effort is commendable, but if the output product isn't reasonable then it won't be ranked
some parts, strangely, suffer from too much relative impact and/or too little relative impact, like the slowjam sections within (27749|4,32667|4). since the svs aren't interpolated at all, the vocals are the only parts that have any sort of impact to them at all (and not in a good way, they have a discrete impact caused by the sudden change in SV which just doesn't play/look good), while the actual vocals have no sv representation whatsoever.
even if the SV base ideas were rankable there's some inconsistencies that would need to be fixed such as 114306|4,114634|3 not having the 1/3 stutters while the previous two drum lines do
132421|1,132667|1,132667|4 these notes play quite poorly in the context of quaver SV, i know pre-stutters are not unheard of in osu mania but this is just not it dawg
(section starting at 02:12:995) the stutters are offset below the note, even though the attack of the kick is on the note itself. move the strong portion of the sv to the note and then offset the decay sv by the same amount to create an effect that better lines up with the music
anyways tl;dr maps that have such sparse sv but high qr gameplay (like above 5) are very frowned upon within quaver sv culture, and the sv detracts from the map as a whole in my opinion. i would rank this if you deleted all of the svs

also without trying to experiment with the plugin i linked this will not be rankable in quaver since the sv is not on par with our sv optimisation (in quaver its easier to rank shit patterning than not very good sv lol)

noteplacement wise neat.
the slowjam is a bit too slow, the 0.5 sections would rather fit better as something between 0.6-0.8
88405-109389 instead of this really slow stuff rather use some linear or exponential increase for the sections.
if you want sv advice/ faster sv editing download the plumogusv plugin (https://github.com/ESV-Sweetplum/plumoguSV)
and ping @txbi or @sweetplum. they will help you getting introduced to it
