^ are missing the SSFs you placed to mediate the 400msx mod

I have on-hold this mapset because:
The mapset has issues with metadata.

- Still linear sections `15519|3,15988|3`, `30519|2,30988|3`, `98019|3,98488|3`, `113019|2,113488|2`, `128019|3,128488|3`, `143019|2,143488|2`, `210519|2,210987|2`, `225519|3,225987|3`, `240519|2,240987|2`, `255519|3,255987|3`, `270519|2,270987|2`, `285519|3,285987|2`, `300519|3,300987|3`, `315519|2,315987|3` should have their temporary SSF displaced or have displace view such that the top note does not have a displacement of >400msx. 350msx should be the limit for maps of this nature.
- Remake two-note sections `4269|4,5206|4`, `8019|2,8956|2`, `11769|4,12706|4`, `19269|2,20206|2`, `23019|4,23956|4`, `26769|1,27706|2`, `259269|2,260206|2`, `263019|4,263956|4`, `266769|2,267706|2`, `289269|4,290206|4`, `293019|2,293956|2`, `296769|4,297706|4` using TGs.
- Lowkey remap 04:31.456 - 04:42.706 and 05:01.456 - 05:12.706 because the slow down / speed up expo alternation is quite repetitive and doesn't fit the change of song vibe
- Find a way to preview the notes 107003|2,107081|1,107160|4 and 219503|2,219581|3,219659|1
- Maybe add in some flickers on some tgs at the drop to spice it up a bit?
- Lint map -> Remove Unnecessary SVs (newest version of plumogu dev, DM me @kvrosakura if you need help installing)

Would also recommend mapping the bursts in the sections `27706|2,31456|3`, `282706|4,285987|3`, and `312706|2,315987|3`.
