At the Speed of Light

I have denied this mapset because:
The mapset contains unrankable difficulties.

While there's nothing too inconsistent layering wise, the patterning is all over the place in my opinion, on top of some other glaring issues:
- The long notes in the beginning are unsynced. Honestly it's kinda hard to tell where they lie so I'd just delete them honestly
- The timing point should be placed at `14921|2` instead, to have the whole notes be the ones with timing lines on them.
- The section at `74180|1,83069|3` feels out of place within the context of the rest of the map.
- The section at `50476|2,62328|2` feels somewhat randomly placed and uninspired.
- Not having a jump between `18162|3,18347|4` is inconsistent with the rest of the map.
The above notes are nitpicky, but show a glimpse into why I can't rank this in good conscience. The patterning feels random at times (like at 105662|2,106402|2,106773|2) and overall isn't very enjoyable to play, unfortunately. I think if you avoid constant 1/4th notes on parts where the song doesn't have them, focus a bit more on pitch relevance, and tidy up some parts, this could make for a decent rankable map. Unfortunately, I cannot see myself "On Hold"-ing this, so it'll have to be a deny from me.
