I went ahead and bumped up BLUE HORIZON from Insane to Expert with a few adjustments, and added a new Insane difficulty to replace it. I felt that modifying the Hard difficulty to meet spread requirements would’ve required too drastic of a change, so this was the smoother solution overall.
As for the source, I didn’t credit World Fragments because that version is actually the extended cut of xi’s Over the Top. Based on the release dates I found, this version came first.
The version I used was pulled directly from the official album “AD: Nearly 120 Seconds” by Diverse System:
https://diversesystem.bandcamp.com/track/over-the-top
It’s an official release by the label xi is signed to, so I listed the album name as the source and didn’t include “cut ver” in the title, since this was the original release (April 26th, 2015). The extended version on World Fragments didn’t come out until December 31st, 2015.

I have on-hold this mapset because:
The mapset has issues with metadata.
source should be World Fragments
https://diversesystem.bandcamp.com/album/world-fragments
There are issues with one or multiple difficulties in the mapset.
the two difficulties have too much spread gap which makes it unrankable considering its under 2:30. Current feels more ike an expert rather than an insane but feel free to combat this
In my opinion i think you can either buff Hard to Insane where you can do something like this
6063 buff this section so its more rice oriented and you can add notes for hihat sounds at 6285 6582 etc.
13191 can make this a light jumpstream section
58340 instead of just single jacks you can make the jacks like 2-1-2-1 so every white line is double. includes 72597 and 105865 section as well (if accepted, apply to other similar sections)
96360 u can make this section have every snare be double or every two white lines or whatever
these are just some suggestion how i would go about it but u can do whatever, as long as there is some spread continuity. u can also nerf top diff if u want but it might take a bit more work
other than that both diffs look pretty clean imo
