Change bpm to 198.68, and resnap all the notes. Edit -> Resnap All Notes -> Resnap to 1/16 and 1/12 snaps.
The mapset has issues with metadata.
Please change tags to "hs, handstream, cyclick = サイクリック, sharpnelsound, srpc-0026, j-core, anime, electronic, japanese core, skyclad no kansokusha, スカイクラッドの観測者, いとうかなこ, ito, kanako", unless Famoss contributed to the map, then leave his name in the tags.
