i forgot to mention once youre done modding, please CTRL+A -> CTRL+R to resnap all notes. Some of your notes are not fully on sync due to the copy paste. You can also resnap all of your notes by going to Edit -> Resnap All Notes -> Resnap to currently selected snap (1/4). This should resnap 146 notes to the sync again!

59120,59228 there should be LNs, it seems like you just missed those two sounds as all of the other synth sounds have been mapped
108902|3,108902|4 // 122815|3,122815|4 // 136728|3,136728|4 // 150641|3,150641|4 there's a note missing on these jumps to make it a hand (same issue 4 times, most likely due to copy paste)
