The mapset contains unrankable difficulties.
I agree with all points in the previous deny.
Sv a lot of the time seems arbitrary and doesn't really reflect the song, for ex: 90227|1
chart is very inconsistent in structure most notably at 34691 chordsize is inconsitent despite the same music pattern repeating a few times, same for jack structure

check modding, TL;DR: inconsistent layering and difficulty as well as poor usage of patterning and SV. i strongly recommend practicing on simpler songs and honing in on consistency as much as you can. also map something shorter so that you won't get burnt out. good luck!
The mapset requires an offset and or is completely mistimed.
Edit > Apply Offset To Map > "22" > SURE
