The mapset has issues with metadata.
add "Caisar Keep Smile" (artist's other name) as a tag, the rest of the chart is definitely rankable so i'll vote for it and call revv as soon as this gets resolved.

the ranking criteria has a vague sentence about difficulty names needing to "be easy to interpret.", which in this case it would be easy only if you speak indonesian, and isn't obvious if you don't. that being said i'll ask the others on what they think.

There are issues with one or multiple difficulties in the mapset.
some 1/5 notes appear green instead of gray caused by a massive quaver skill issue, which i have fixed here: https://cdn.emik.dev/archive/quaver/mods/150039.qua
that being said don't trust me that i didn't break something else so look through this with a careful lens
