Might've done it in a different way than you recommended, but the issues should be fixed now. Didn't know I can fix it manually as well :-)

I have on-hold this mapset because:
I am making suggestions for one or multiple difficulties in the mapset.
Starting from `74330`, the BPM lines are either not on the downbeat or are displaced. Do not use the align plugin for this, it won't work here. Instead, hide lines for non-downbeats and place a BPM on missing or displaced downbeats and change the offset to be exactly the same as the note.
