Notes like 31749 flies out of the screen at 30 scroll speed; Pls scale the sv of this section by 0.9x or something below 1.0 that works

This is a bit nitpicky but different sv types are used in 23724 & 90221 to represent this sound (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Wg_qpPhdPRBTalloU98BGjvf1ycB3twZ/view?usp=sharing) imo the one from 23724 should be used since it's visually more interesting

also thanks for reminding me the existence of this sound effect Im gonna abuse it in my songs
