on a quick re-reviewal, the long note usage seems pretty consistent. but doesn't change the fact that the difficulty balancing and the density usage are very off

the layering in both difficulties is very poor to represent the song, and your long note usage throughout seems quite random. your timing offset is also a bit early on both difficulties.
the chord size usage for what you're layering is not consistent and overall both difficulties are super messy especially with the long note lengths and placements.
