Map is ok, but I think the name of difficulties can show more sense of progression. Easiest solution is to change the lower diff to (Light) Insane but something else that also reference the lyrics can work fine too!

Apply +15ms for both diffs, offset does not follow waveform correctly. Artist should be "mochiutsune". Add spaces between tags "悶々ふぁんもおらん, Heart in Shambles! ...I don't have any fans, 初音ミク, Hatsune Miku, VOCALOID, もちうつね".
For top diff, consider using a slightly different pattern for 161278 as the hand balancing is a bit off and is biased on the right hand.
