removed the majority of the timing lines from the bottom diff, I had to keep one at the chorus, purely because the bpm changes there (even if it's by 0.1bpm it makes quite the difference).
for the instance where the exponentials are snapped to the 1/3rd instead of the 1/2, I was only able to change the ones that didn't have lns in them (since when those go below the receptor when lengthening the svs, it looks really sloppy). (Additionally, for the expos directly on 1/4 lns, I only lengthened them to 1/3, otherwise the normalization goes way out of wack)

I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

For bottom diff, remove additional BPM lines and snap notes affect by them to the nearest snap instead.
For top diff, recheck all SV bumps for the entire map, for instance the SV length at 18587 is not consistent with 16213 and 18192 etc. where the SV covers 1/2 snap instead of 1/3, and check for all others as well as some of them such as 26503 which is clearly shorter than all other similar SVs.
