In my opinion, this map does not meet the standards for ranked. The dump is poorly executed and the map is just overall inconsistent as the double/triple placements just seem weird, and also the jacks are oddly placed.
The map is also under 2:30, therefore you need a second difficulty.
I recommend trying to gather more mapping knowledge before submitting any future maps into queue.
