Finally got to redoing the entire thing. I've fixed up a lot of the issues, but if I missed any of them please let me know so I can make this chart better!

- Also add "クォークの海を泳いで, modama, electronic chiptune instrumental, short version cut version" to tags and make sure all diffs have matching tags

-Also this map is confusing on what it wants to be. Does it want to be a jack map or a JS map or a HS map?

- Apply 40ms offset to both diffs
- You cannot just copy the diff and make it FLN and submit it as another diff. Delete the LN diff (You also have to make a lower diff to comply with RC)
- Resync the entire map some parts are just heavily off sync such as 2122 which is way too late and other parts which are just so far off from the song
- This also means that some parts of the map are just snapped incorrectly as well
- Overall remap the whole thing preferabbly with snap colors and use the waveform to tell if you are off
