Title should be "True (feat. STARLIVHT)", artist as "Synthion" and source is from "NOISZ STΔRLIVHT". Remove "synthion" from tags. Additional images can be found in song folder. Incorrect BPM offset, should be at 738. The top difficulty has a lot of incorrect rhythm, notably at 35647 and 140374 where 1/4 rhythm are not needed. The SV used does not reflect the intensity change in the song. The stamina section at 58920 and 186920 are unorganized, creating weird anchor patterns randomly.
