diffnames have been renamed to better show progression:
no thoughts, head empty -> a negligent case of adhd (of all well-known neurological disorders, this one causes the least physical pain, and is primarily pathological, therefore being the least out of the other diffname's ailments)
healthy cognition -> slight cognitive stress
avery needs a doctor -> every gets a craniectomy (a surgical procedure where a chunk of the skull is removed to relieve overall pressure on the brain)

I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

the diffname need some rewording since it's still insufficient to show diff progressions, especially the first 2 diff (no thoughts and healthy cognition) and top diff (need a doctor) that is unrelated to head disease

completely breaks spread rules in terms of the difficulty gap, even if the sv is considered to make the gap smaller it's still just comparatively way too big unfortunately. add a bridge between them (or two preferably) and resubmit, or don't it's up to you.
