For the chorus 25164 56640 and 111721, the chord usages are highly inconsistent between each of these section. The sudden change in layering at 122213 also doesn't make sense as the vocals are still present. Please recheck all the layerings again.
144727 is a ghost note since you are ignoring the guitar and representing only the vocals here, same for 149973 150629|4 150629|4 151284|3.
