last timing point should have a +14 offset
mods are after offset has been applied
219509 should be a jump since 218309 is also a jump
151259 should be a hand since 151559 and 151859 etc. are also hands

Add two extra timing points at 15608 and edit it by going into Edit -> Edit Timing Points, from there select the "Hide Lines" option so the BPM lines for one of them so they don't look as ugly lol
