Remove sv and scroll velocity from tags as they're only visual

Misrepresentation: Some lead notes are ignored despite theres a prominent pitch change (9825, 14625, 78645 etc.; Same goes for top diff)
Confusing layering in 67650-67800: LN lengths don't follow a rigid principle and no differentiation is made between the bass and lead notes
Confusing layering in 67800-72541: chord size has little to no correlation to percussion intensity
Unjustified difficulties across different sections: 48600-53400 are much harder than the previous sections but the difficulty is somehow lower, pls buff, same applies to other sections of the map
