The artist should be Mel, and make the title "Sayounara, Hanadorobou-san (Kano Mix)"
Remove Sana and Kano from tags since this is the version they sing in: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDmbEUvQLqU
And the vocals for this were also done by Kano: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIrx5lqQbGU
Also add "さようなら、花泥棒さん 歌いました", "鹿乃" and, "メル" into the tags

can't find the source of it, if others can find it then please tell this mapper to add it, otherwise if there isn't any then I think this should be ok to go.
