apply mods, then add +13 offset
remove the "(2013)" from source (it looks better)
remove every instance of a word duplicate from the tags (like metal, jump) terms like jumpstream, handstream can still be together
maybe remove Expert from tags, since the difficulty is already Extreme difficulty only
