I went through the entire map and changed some stuff, though personally I couldn't find an issue with 180038 as it was copied over from 75638

There are many inconsistencies in the map. For instance, 66038 and 180038 have different layering even though they are the same. Things like this don't make sense and should be fixed. The main problem was with layering. Many of the quads are supposed to be triples etc.
