The chart is out of sync with the music and the notes dont line up with the sounds in the song. The offset should not be left at 0. Consider watching this video on proper timing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGvR77ezgqI
The chart has serious sync issues as well as many rhythms failing to properly reflect the ones in the song. Patterning leaves a lot to be desired. Constant [13][24] are not fun and there are more jump combinations that you should use. In general the chart does a poor job of reflecting the music.
