This mapset really doesn't need the constant BPM changes, and could really do with just one constant BPM (a quick google shows the BPM to be 183bpm https://getsongbpm.com/song/when-sorrow-sang/kZ20EN) especially with areas like the very beginning of the map playing very out of sync; Some places like 2394 contain patterns that just don't match the sounds properly. I would recommend you take a look over the map, fix the sync and bpm, and playtest it to make sure it's all mapped effectively.
