I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

Add +18 offset first to Hard and Insane and then apply mods, but for Karma first apply its mods and then add the offset so you can check mods similar mods from other diffs as I messed up and forget to add the offset first (sorry about that).
