The title is not valid. The artist should not be in the title nor should anything else that isn't the actual title of the song. If the artist is "takehirotei as ''Infinite Limit''" then thats what should be filled in for artist.
The chart is out of sync with the music and the notes do not line up with the sounds in the song. The offset should not remain at 0. The intro is a completely different bpm and needs its own sync. Consider watching this video on proper sync: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGvR77ezgqI
The rhythms in this chart are simply inaccurate to whats going on in the music. Constantly the rhythms are too short, too long, misplaced, mistimed, or just plain old wrong. The first jumptrill is a great example as the rhythm there isn't constant 1/4.
