Proper tags are required.
The chart is out of sync with the music and the notes don't line up with the sounds in the song. You shouldn't have to offset the entire chart by 1/4 to stay in sync with the music. consider watching this guide on proper timing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGvR77ezgqI
Notes are out of sync with the song, fail to follow the rhythms of the music and in general seem almost randomly placed without much though placed into the notes.
