I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

Comma seperated the tags, and applied a couple of other changes:
Added one SV effect
Nerfed outro
Fixed one stray barline (cause of a goofy ahh sv effect)

Tags need to be comma separated due to new RC requirements.
