I have just denied this mapset from being ranked. Please fix the listed errors and resubmit in 2 weeks.

The chart is out of sync with the music and the notes do not line up with the sounds in the song. The offset should not be left at 0ms. Watch this video on proper timing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bGvR77ezgqI
The chart is filled with numerous rhythmic errors. Particularly notable is the 1/8 notes which should be 1/6 which appear everywhere. Similar errors happen throughout the entire chart.
Extended SVs above 1x like this are unacceptable. Players shouldn't have to lower their scroll speed just to play your chart.
The Banner and BG should not be the same image. If you want to use the same image for the banner, then dont add one.
There are extra unused files in the .qua that need to be removed.
The bg image is of poor image quality and a better one must be acquired.
tags are not comma-separated as required per new ranking criteria
