Didn't completely represent the melody, my bad. Fixed the LNs, and SV is re-added to tags.

- Slight inconsistency issues with how 64000 is layered with LNs shouldnt 64333|3,64333|2,64333|1 and 65666|4,65666|2,65666|1 and etc have LNs. (same goes with the repeat at the end)
- Same with 155833|3,155917|4 (same sound repeats a couple more times) because 150500|2,150583|3 is the same sound and are LNs
- Also what 2nil said add SV to tags

Did the mods and the above changed.
Opted to remove "SV" as a tag because although the map has lots of decorative SVs, it's not quite an SV map.

oh just checked, song bitrate is 128kbps so if you can find a 192kbps one that'll be better

tags must be separated by a comma
