Offset:
Apply +10 Offset (do this before everything else)
Add timing point to `109145` and select "Hide Lines"
Add timing point to `109184`
Add timing point to `117608`
Rearrange notes so they sync to the new timings.
Metadata:
A bit nitpicky, but add spaces after every comma in tags. (Ex. Melanie Martinez, Cry Baby (Deluxe Edition) english, electronic, breakcore, frenchcore, dnb, chordjacks, chordstream)

not all map lengths are the same, please look into mapping the same amount in all difficulties (138974|3 in expert diff in particular, either add that note in the other diffs or delete it in expert)
delete unneeded sv points that came from kiai points in osu, make sure to do this for all diffs
edit > apply offset to map (50ms), make sure to do this for all diffs
