card gakuen is the live action program aired on the Tokyo Broadcasting System this song was used as the OP for, it was aired alongside Weiss Survive, i believe in the anime they also play the card game the show was based on. kinda hard to find any info since it was aired in 2009 in japan only, i can change it to the album title though if that's easier.
also denpa is the genre btw, i'll add these as well though

man really forgot the genre in tags, add "electronic japanese pop jpop j-pop eurobeat" (idk this sounds like eurobeat to me)
you should include "from m.o.v.e" in artist field according to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWulGEDrsBw and then delete motsu from m.o.v.e in tags
last thing, honestly i have no idea what is "card gakuen" cuz i've searched it and found nothing so if you have a real metadata to this song please tell me, otherwise change the source to album name "シトロンの雨" and add "citron no ame" to tags
