Apply 36ms offset using Edit > Apply offset to map.
Banner is the wrong resolution, approximately it should be 5:1 ratio (basically just make it 421 x 82 or 842x164). Remove the audio files for rates presumably from this being an osu convert, audio110, audio120 etc. Audio quality claims to be 320kbps but sounds quite low quality, it is also against the ranking criteria to have audio files over 192kbps, so it'll need to be reduced anyway.
Overall I think the chordjack sections quite poorly reflect the music, lacking vocal representation entirely throughout every section, even the instrumental representation is a bit questionable taking the triplets in the first pre chorus as an example, and inconsistent chord density of the kicks (37329|1,37329|2 compared to 37798|1,37798|2,37798|3), the guitar pick being layered as a minijack is a nice touch though.
In the chorus the sections like 56553 with the quad pattern I think is a bit overcharted though being quite easy I think it could've been executed a bit better to play off the pitch shifting of the vocals instead of the back and forth motion seen at 56553|1,56553|2,56553|3,56553|4,56670|3,56670|4,56787|4,56787|2,56787|3,56787|1,56904|2,56904|1 etc.
handstream section at 150325 for the other vocalist is a bit low effort and very poorly reflects the song with just a continuous handstream on kick/snare with 1/2 filler jumps, could've done a lot more here in my opinion, this chart to me just doesn't have the quality I'd expect for something to be ranked and doesn't reflect the music well enough in a lot of sections to even be enjoyable in my opinion
