I will add English to the tags. Explained offset on discord. Don't feel the need to move cut version into title in this case

I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

apply offset +24
since this is unofficial cut i think you should add cut ver. in the title, after that delete "cut" in tags. also you could add "english instrumental" to tags as well
