timing points should be set to 3/4 time signature, not sure if conversion just didn't convert time signature from osu or something
for some reason we can't edit this directly from the editor, so you'll have to add a " Signature: 3" under each of the timing points directly in the qua file
seems to me the offset can sometimes vary by up to 30 ms in some places
Based off of the metadata of other ranked mapsets of covers, the song title for this mapset should be "Negai", with "Isekaijoucho" in the artist field, and "Tiara" moved to tags

add ねがい to the tags because its the original title!
isnt `129640` just 1/3? it makes more sense i think
it doesnt really matter for this map but traditionally we disable bpm scroll (in the metadata menu at the bottom), just for future maps owo)b
