28754 all diffs changed to 1/6 and i decided to delete moca's gd with his permission

I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

28754 in all diffs, it should be 1/6 instead
also in moca diff the last 3 notes should be snapped to 1/4
also moca your diff is really really... not sure what to say, please reconsider whether you want this ranked
