These charts are wildly out of sync with the music. Notes fail to line up with the sounds in the music. If you need to use crazy snaps like this your bpm/offset are wrong. consider watching the guide on syncing your chart:
The notes in general just do no follow the music at all and wouldn't even be right if the chart was correctly synced. The rhythms in the chart are nothing like the rhythms in the music.
