I have just put this mapset on hold, which means that minor issues have been found in the mapset and we are waiting for a fix with a map update. Please fix the listed errors and update the mapset.

maybe put Hard Player as the difficulty name instead to stay consistent with insane player diff name, maybe put a custom name for insane diff and put (Hard) and (Insane) after the name
run resnapper under edit > resnap all notes > resnap to 1/16 and 1/12
