Edit 02, Applied Modding. And I also noticed that when the song vocals go "Cyka, Cyka, Cyka, Blyat" the notes are much better spaced on 1/3 snap, and so for the last diff I have changed all such instances of this to 1/3 snap, although by doing so i was required to re-do the svs at said part(s)

Sorry about all the mistakes (I.E the map name), but I stand by my view that the SV effects used in this are completely fine (with the exception of the last 30ish seconds of the map)
I will only be fixing the metadata, not the magnificent SVs

None of the SVs here are normalized when they really should be.
High SVs are used for extended periods of time. These dont give the player enough time to read when the notes are so high above their normal scroll speed, which is usually as fast as it can be.
"Girls und Panzer AMV" is not a valid song title. Please research the proper metadata for the song and dont just copy/paste what ever is on the youtube video.
Many of the SVs are incredibly hard to read or unreadable, requiring memorization. I'd heavily recommend against using any SVs that require memorization.
