probably just leave it blank, since it also probably wouldn't be the album of the original song due to prececdence

it appears other timing points are still inconsistent across difficulties
notes at the end of each diff tend to be unsnapped and/or have incorrect snap color
for notes lying on a timing point with an incorrect snap color it can probably be fixed by rounding the timing point time down to the nearest integer
due to using timing points to mark the slowdown in the song there are also extraneous timing lines shown in gameplay, please use timing point editor to hide the lines of certain timing points so that a line appears every 4 beats (implying a time signature of 4/4)
timing lines aren't rendered in the gameply preview when you scroll backwards so you can place a note and undo it to refresh the gameplay preview

seems like the timing point is different in 7K Easy & Normal, please check if it is set same as the original one as well
